Salary – Starting from £28,745.60 / £29,868.80 per annum (Full-time equivalent – Pro-rata'd) (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Raynes Park Nursery, situated just a 5 minute walk from Raynes Park train station, with excellent public transport links, including several bus stops within a few minutes walk. There is also some on-street parking close by. This role is Mon-Fri, working lunch cover hours.
Our Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery is based just a short walk from the high street—great for grabbing a coffee at lunch time! The lovely 62‐place setting is recently Ofsted rated "Good" and features large and well‐resourced rooms, and a great outdoor garden with play equipment.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
