HR Assistant | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Remote with occasional travel to Northampton Head Office

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, people-focused organisation? At Bright Horizons, we're looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR experience while supporting a business that makes a real difference to children, families and colleagues across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support across a range of HR activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Taking meeting notes and supporting employee relations processes
  • Filing case documentation and ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Assisting the wider HR/ER team with projects and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous HR Administration experience (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it
  • Ability to travel to our Northampton Head Office when required
