Field-based | Area to cover includes: Hounslow, Heathrow, Richmond upon Thames

Full-time (37.5 hours) | Car + License essential

From £43,000 + £4,000 car allowance

Bright Horizons is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Specialist to provide hands-on pedagogical leadership and quality improvement support across nurseries in our Central & London region.

Working closely with Nursery Managers, Regional Directors and our Pedagogical Research & Development team, you’ll coach, mentor and inspire teams to deliver outstanding early years practice, secure strong inspection outcomes and embed our Nurture Approach, Bright Beginnings Curriculum, SEND/ASN and Thrive.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving quality improvement and pedagogical excellence across multiple nursery settings
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders and practitioners in practice
  • Supporting regulatory compliance and inspection readiness
  • Acting as a children-first advocate for wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion
  • Implementing curriculum, innovation and quality frameworks

About you:

  • Experienced Early Childhood professional (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong track record of quality improvement and inspection outcomes
  • Confident influencer and coach with excellent communication skills
  • As a minimum - Level 3 Early Years / Degree in Early Years preferred
