Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Salary: From £25k (DOE) – 12-month FTC

Hours: 37.5/week, Mon–Fri, Hybrid

Location: Northampton – requirement to work in the office each week

Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract

About the Role:

Join Bright Horizons as an Email Marketing Executive, where you\’ll design customer journeys, manage email campaigns, and support lead conversion across B2B and B2E channels. You\’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted, on-brand communications that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver timely email campaigns using segmentation and dynamic content
• Build and schedule emails using templates and email software
• Manage data uploads, segmentation, and testing
• Monitor performance and report on campaign success
• Apply best practices in deliverability and A/B testing
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing or 1+ year in a similar role
• Strong communication, copywriting, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Excel, and Google Analytics
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
