Nursery: Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £25,363.09 – £26,334 per annum (full time equivalent, dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We are looking for a part time, Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool, situated in the beautiful castle town of Kenilworth – commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the West Midlands.
This nursery is proudly rated \’Good\’ by Ofsted and offers a fully refurbished environment, extensive outdoor area and a designated baby unit.
For the part time hours, we can consider two, three or four days per week. The nursery opening hours are 0730-1830 Monday to Friday, so we\’d need some flexibility to work a range of shifts between these times. We could also consider lunch hours, working Monday to Friday (5 days) 11am-3pm or similar shifts.

What we’re looking for
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Early Years Practitioner, or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
