Salary – Starting from £28,745.60 / £29,868.80 (Full-time equivalent - Pro-rata) (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool. Our nursery is situated in Haringey, London. This role is for P/T, working Mon-Fri - 3pm-6:30pm. Our 79 place nursery is proudly rated Ofsted ‘Good’. The nursery features two exciting outdoor areas, which are specifically designed to be age appropriate, including its own beach, outdoor classroom, jungle walk and look-out tower! Our nursery is located very close by to Crouch Hill Overground Station and also nearby to the Victoria line!

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
