Hybrid – Weekly travel to London & Northampton. Bright Horizons is looking for a talented Content Executive (FTC) to join our Content & Communications team. If you’re a strong writer who can adapt tone across audiences and craft compelling content that reflects our values — we’d love to hear from you!
As our Content Executive, you’ll support our Content Manager to create, edit, and repurpose content for all external channels (excluding social media). You’ll help deliver our content calendar and work closely with teams across the business to align messaging with strategy.
What You’ll Do- Write and edit content for B2C, B2B, recruitment, and internal audiences
- Produce newsletters, blogs, articles, resource packs, brochures, client collateral, and more
- Manage newsletter creation, scheduling, and impact reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver aligned, timely content
- Review content from other teams to ensure tone-of-voice consistency
- React quickly to external events with relevant content
A creative, adaptable writer with strong long-form content experience. Confident using AI tools to support content creation. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. A collaborative team player who can also work independently. Degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus if you have experience in Early Years Education, Employee Benefits, Monday.com, or Copilot.
