Contract Contact Centre Executive (Hybrid)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £22,432 per annum

Hours: Full-time, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday

(3 weeks of remote full time training offered – normal office hours)

Training Dates Available: Monday 14th April or Tuesday 6th May

Role:

  • Handle inbound calls, provide information, book tours, and take reservations for Back-Up Care.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on bookings and enquiries.
  • Educate customers on Back-Up Care policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or an inbound contact centre.
  • Availability for shifts between 7am-7pm after training.
  • Attend meetings and training in the Manchester office.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace and good internet connection.
