Contact Centre Executive – Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £22,432 per annum + quarterly bonuses
Hours: Full-time, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday
Role:
- Handle inbound calls, provide information, book tours, and take reservations for Back-Up Care.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on bookings and enquiries.
- Educate customers on Back-Up Care policies and procedures.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or an inbound contact centre.
- Availability for shifts between 7am-7pm after training.
- Attend meetings and training in the Manchester office.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace and good internet connection.
