About the Role

As a senior sales leader in Bright Horizons’ Work + Family division, you’ll drive seven-figure enterprise deals by engaging senior HR leaders and C-suite executives. You’ll lead complex sales cycles, build strategic relationships, and deliver compelling ROI-driven business cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new enterprise clients through strategic, consultative selling
  • Build trusted relationships with senior HR and Benefits leaders
  • Develop and present data-backed business cases and ROI models
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting via Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive years of experience in B2B sales success, including enterprise-level deals
  • Strong network with C-level and HR decision-makers
  • Expertise in HR benefits, wellbeing, or work-life solutions
  • Skilled in Salesforce, financial modelling, and executive presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or sales certification preferred
