Early Careers Partner - Hybrid / Full Time / Permanent (WFH + travel to our offices, colleges, nurseries and events – UK & London) - Travel 2-3 days per week with overnight stays.
Salary: From £30k doe
Driving licence & car essential (regular travel required) / Based in the Midlands is preferred.
Bright Horizons is looking for an Early Careers Partner to help shape the future of Early Years talent! You’ll support recruitment for apprentices, graduates, and student placements, build strong relationships with schools and colleges, and represent our brand at events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for student placements
- Support apprenticeship & graduate programmes
- Organise and attend job shows & events & our nurseries
- Act as an ambassador for Early Careers and Bright Horizons
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Early Careers or Early Years recruitment
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Ability to work at pace and travel regularly
- An Enhanced DBS is required for this opportunity
