You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.What weβre looking for:Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years QualificationPassion for making learning fun and engaging for each childSound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protectionAbility to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carersAbility to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parentsAbility to be flexible and adaptableBright Horizons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
