Weβre looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our Fulham Wharf Nursery, situated just a five-minute walk from Imperial Wharf train station and Fulham Broadway tube. There are also several bus routes and easily-accessible parking. The 99-place setting is Ofsted rated Good and based within a stunning traditional building with large windows to bring the outdoors in. Fulham Wharf also features a large garden complete with cycling tracks.

The Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds β supporting colleagues with each childβs development towards their key milestones.
What Weβre Looking For
- Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential β Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
