Overview

Nursery – Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – Starting from £26,936 - £27,996.80 per annum / £12.95-£13.46 per hour (full time equivalent, dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Hours – Permanent | Mon-Fri | 20 Hours Per Week

Location – Gaydon, Warwickshire, CV35

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning. The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and is situated in Gaydon, Warwickshire, just off the M40 on the Jaguar Land Rover site. It consists of age based rooms supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old and has cosy reading corners, imagination play areas and sensory corners for all to enjoy. The nursery also includes a bright outdoor space for the children to play in.

Responsibilities

  • Support over the lunch time period as part of a part time, Level 2 or 3 qualified team to support daily care and learning activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
