Weβre looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Long Road Nursery, located on the grounds of Addenbrookes Hospital, offering excellent transport links. The nursery features five rooms, four with direct access to outdoor space with gardens and play areas that the children enjoy regularly.

The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee β giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
What Weβre Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children β Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
