About The Role

As a full-time Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education for our children. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will create stimulating learning experiences, support children's development through the Scottish Curriculum, and help every child reach their individual milestones.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that inspire curiosity and learning
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, development, and independence
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery and maintaining high standards throughout the setting

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach
