Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator with experience supporting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney processes? We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly professional legal services organisation seeking a Legal Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and experience within private client, wills, probate or legal support who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys managing documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Role

Working closely with the Legal Services Manager and wider operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and drafting of Wills and LPAs while ensuring excellent service standards are maintained throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Drafting and revising Wills and LPAs
  • Supporting the full LPA process from initial documentation through to registration
  • Liaising with clients, advisors and the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG)
  • Managing incoming post and legal documentation
  • Printing, binding, scanning and uploading legal documents
  • Updating and maintaining client records
