As Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of UK payroll while coordinating with external payroll providers across Europe and the USA. Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Validate and oversee payroll delivered by third-party providers across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and relevant international requirements.
- Work closely with HR, Finance and external partners to deliver payroll accurately and on time.
- Support payroll reporting, auditing and data analysis.
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
- Assist with compensation, benefits and reward-related projects.
