We are working with a growing and highly regarded business looking to expand their Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate to step into a client-facing role with clear progression, ongoing training, and a supportive environment.

The Role
You will work closely with clients who have requested Will-writing services, providing guidance and support across:
- Wills (drafting, updates, estate planning)
- Trusts and inheritance planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probate and wider private client matters
You will build strong client relationships, explain legal concepts in a clear and approachable way, and help individuals make informed decisions about their future.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored advice on Wills, Trusts and LPAs
- Draft and review legal documents with support from the wider team
- Maintain accurate client records and manage your own caseload
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend client meetings/roadshows
- Support business growth through excellent service and relationship building
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Law degree
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and managing admin tasks
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Exposure to Wills, Trusts, Probate or Estate Planning
- Experience in financial services (e.g. mortgages, insurance)
- Working towards or willing to undertake STEP qualification (fully funded by the company)
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Private Client law. You will be supported in gaining further qualifications and can progress into more senior roles as you develop.
