We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a recently opened, modern, purpose-built nursing home in Holt, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable leader to take full operational responsibility for a high-quality service, shape its ongoing development, and ensure consistently outstanding standards of care and compliance.
You will be responsible for driving performance across all key areas, including care quality, occupancy, staffing, and financial management, while fostering a positive, supportive, and professional culture for both residents and staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and support the management and care teams
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and requirements
- Drive occupancy through effective marketing and relationship management
- Manage budgets and deliver strong financial performance
- Promote and embed high-quality, person-centred care practices
- Work towards achieving and maintaining Outstanding ratings
About you:
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within a nursing setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing occupancy and budgets
- Passionate about delivering high standards of care
- NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
