Location: Essex area

Salary: £12.71 per hour (increases with experience and upon permanent employment)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Early Finish on Fridays

We are currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing team due to an upcoming departure within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in window fabrication, although candidates with strong transferable skills and a practical, hands-on background will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across different stages of the window manufacturing process
  • Learning and supporting multiple departments including hanging line operations, hardware selection, and assembly
  • Supporting the stores team with customer and window packs
  • Carrying out glass inspection and quality checks
  • Assisting with general ad hoc production duties as required

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (45 minutes total breaks taken at 9am and 12pm)
Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Benefits:

  • 20 days holiday per year, increasing by 1 day annually up to 25 days
