Location: Various UK sites | Shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends & Nights Out

Pay: £20.00/hr basic £23.00/hr weekends, increases after 12 weeks.

We are currently seeking experienced and flexible HGV Class 1 Drivers for a unique and vital role as a Field Technician (Emergency Water Tanker Operative) on behalf of our valued client. This is an ongoing role with a chance of going permanent!

The Role: You'll play a critical role in providing safe, drinkable water where piped supplies are unavailable, supporting water utility companies during supply interruptions and serving commercial sectors such as construction, events, petrochemical, and more. This is a 24/7/365 emergency response operation, so flexibility and commitment are essential.

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (including days, nights, weekends). Regular nights out may be a few or all nights per shift pattern. Full training and shadowing provided.

Requirements:

  • C+E Licence, Digital Tacho Card, and Driver CPC
  • Must be over 23 (insurance requirement)
  • Max 6 points no DD, DR, or IN convictions
  • Willingness to work independently after training
  • Good understanding of safety and hygiene - the water you deliver is for human consumption
