Bright Heart Education seeks a support tutor for a student at school. Successful applicants must be Safe Hold trained and TEACCH® Autism Program trained Specialist SEN tutoring agency Work as a self-employed, part-time tutor , so freedom to choose your own assignments and hours Competitive tutoring rates , including an incentive scheme and a travel allowance for in-person tutoring Diverse client base working with parents, councils and schools, so options for day-time and after-school tutoring Respectful working environment for tutors On-going support from education consultants who are all qualified teachers On-going training , including access to comprehensive CPD through TES Develop Free annual nasen training workshop and social events hosted by Bright Heart Tutor of the Month award of £150 Successful candidates will be provided with further information and guidelines on the Bright Heart Approach and relevant training for working with SEN students All candidates must have the right to work in the UK and a current Enhanced DBS certificate (with a check of the children’s barred list) before commencing any tutoring assignments (we can apply on behalf of a candidate if not currently held). Candidates who have lived / worked overseas in the last 5 years will also need to provide certain overseas checks, including a police certificate.
