Be the difference that brightens up every day. At Bright Futures, everything circles back to one belief: every person with autism or a learning disability deserves the chance to thrive. Our specialist home in Rixton, Warrington provides high-quality care, education and life-enriching opportunities, delivered by teams who are as skilled as they are compassionate.

Our Rixton residential service is set in a beautiful farmhouse on the rural outskirts of Warrington, surrounded by fields and farms, giving the people we support plenty of outdoor space to thrive. The people we support at Sandycroft enjoy spending time together, often sharing meals in the home’s dining room or conservatory. They’re also very active and absolutely love being outdoors. Long walks—sometimes stretching to 10k—are a favourite activity, and they regularly head out for hikes and day trips to the countryside or the Lake District.

We strive for all of the people we support to be as independent as possible and as well as accompanying them during these days out, your role will also be to support them when they would prefer quieter, independent time. Our support focuses on helping them stay active, engaged and enjoying the routines they love. We’re looking for positive, energetic staff who can bring enthusiasm to each day. The individuals we support respond best to upbeat, encouraging individuals who can match their pace, share their interests, and build warm, person-centred relationships that support their independence.
