We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Great Sankey, Warrington to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.Rivenhall is a 3-storey modern town house setting that supports 6 adults with autism and learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.Located in the Great Sankey area, Rivenhall is set across 3 homes with 2 adults in each. There\’s always something going on — from going to rock climbing, arranging get together with friends to cinema trips, shopping days, cooking sessions, bike rides and even big days out like water parks. Every day is different, and every moment is an opportunity to help someone grow in confidence and independence.As part of a support team you will be responsible for supporting people to move into their new home.
