Residential Support Worker – Children

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join an experienced and supportive team in our large converted barn property in Warrington. Here we support 4 children with autism and learning disabilities. You\’ll be making a difference to their lives, celebrating their achievements, and providing unwavering support; helping them to thrive.

- The annual salary for this role is £32,489.74 increasing to £33,376.12 when qualified (this is inclusive of one sleep in shift per week)

Responsibilities
Your focus will be supporting people with autism and learning disabilities. This includes:
- Engaging and empowering people\’s independence
- Assisting people through all routines and activities
- Supporting people with varied activities in their local communities
- Supporting people to access education where required
- Preparing and cooking meals
- All general housekeeping duties
- Supporting people to achieve their person-centred outcomes
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in the care sector but we provide full training so this isn\’t essential
- Have a passion for providing great care
- Be able to demonstrate resilience
- Be approachable, friendly, proactive and flexible
- Ideally have a full driving license
