Weβre looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to lead the support team at our specialist home in Urmston, South Manchester to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
Our home, Davyhulme in Urmston, Manchester is one of our new purpose built, state of the art residential homes in South Manchester supporting 5 adults with autism and learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager of the home to achieve the highest standards of care. You must be confident in managing the day-to-day operation of the home as you will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for the adults in your care. You will develop strong relationships with the Bright Futures Team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
