Support Worker β Autism & Learning Disabilities Β¦ Great Sankey, Warrington

We're looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our specialist home in Great Sankey, Warrington.
Our Lakenheath adult home in Warrington consists of two, two-bedroom houses next door to each other. Lakenheath is based on a lovely housing estate nearby to two of our other Bright Futures adult homes. The people we support here take part in lots of different activities and all have busy planners that they follow including swimming, bike rides, tea out every week and group walks.
As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of their day-to-day support team, actively valuing and amplifying what matters to them, empowering their communication and independence, planning fulfilling activities. You will also keep records of their needs, support provided and progress.
No two days are the same, you could be supporting someone to settle into their new home, develop independence and life skills, enjoy activities they love, or achieve important milestones. You'll be part of a supportive team creating a safe, positive, and empowering environment where people can truly thrive.
You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs.
You'll do more than provide care β you'll be a mentor, advocate, and source of encouragement, helping the people you support to achieve the best outcomes.
What we're looking for:

- Resilience and strong teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
- Care experience is helpful but not essential - full training and support will be provided.
