As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in attracting talented individuals who share our commitment to providing outstanding care. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and professional process.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for homes and schools, from job posting to offer stage.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Maintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System and recruitment channels.
  • Use data and insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Represent Bright Futures Care professionally, promoting our values and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.
  • Experience recruiting in the care sector is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

  • HR/Recruitment qualifications desirable.
  • Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
