As a Support Worker you will be a key part of a young person or adult's support team, listening to their wishes, planning meaningful activities, championing their communication goals and keeping meticulous records. You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment while working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs.

- Maintain accurate records for safeguarding and welfare purposes.
- Deliver care during day shifts and overnight sleeps as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering great support, resilience, positivity and proactive mindset.
- Team-player attitude with clear, respectful communication.
- Safeguarding experience and willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
- Satisfactory references required.
