As a Support Worker you will be a key part of a young person or adult's support team, listening to their wishes, planning meaningful activities, championing their communication goals and keeping meticulous records. You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment while working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs.

  • Deliver care during day shifts and overnight sleeps as scheduled.

  • Safeguarding experience and willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Satisfactory references required.
