Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant, you will serve as the essential link between our clients and candidates. This role is both demanding and diverse, offering a variety of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Calls: Utilize our company database to make phone calls and recruit prospective students. Clear Communication : Speak English clearly and confidently. Business Development : Employ sales, marketing, and networking techniques to attract business from client companies. Client Visits: Visit clients to build and maintain positive relationships Client Understanding : Develop a strong understanding of client companies, including their industry, culture, and work environment. Advertising : Draft and place advertisements for vacancies Social Media Use: Leverage social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships. Headhunting : Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be employed. Database Matching : Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy. Application Review : Receive and review applications, manage interviews tests, and create shortlists of candidates for the client. Reference Checks : Request and check references to ensure the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to clients. Candidate Briefing : Inform candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits. CV Preparation : Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants. Interview Organization : Arrange interviews for candidates as requested by clients. Feedback Communication : Inform candidates about the results of their interviews. Negotiation : Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates. Advice and Guidance : Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression. Target Achievement : Work towards and exceed targets related to the number of candidates placed, value billed to clients, or business leads generated Policy Review : Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
