The Key Account Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Key Account and Sales teams within a fast-paced sports licensing environment. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day account activity, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle - from style creation through to order processing, invoicing, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Key Account Managers.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of cost sheets.
- Create, process, and manage sales orders and purchase orders in line with customer requirements.
- Raise and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy against sales orders, vendor invoices, and agreed pricing.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems, trackers, and shared documents.
- Upload and maintain product data across customer portals.
- Assist with style creation and setup in internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, approvals, sales) to ensure smooth workflow.
