The Key Account Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Key Account and Sales teams within a fast-paced sports licensing environment. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day account activity, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle - from style creation through to order processing, invoicing, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Key Account Managers.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of cost sheets.
  • Create, process, and manage sales orders and purchase orders in line with customer requirements.
  • Raise and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy against sales orders, vendor invoices, and agreed pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems, trackers, and shared documents.
  • Upload and maintain product data across customer portals.
  • Assist with style creation and setup in internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, approvals, sales) to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Competencies

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
