Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
- Guide customers on how to best leverage the software to meet their business goals
- Support customers in evaluating system design choices and during partner led implementations
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop new capabilities
- Coach solution advisors on functional matters
To be successful you will likely have:
- In depth understanding of core commercial processes between CPG/FMCG manufacturers and retailers
- Knowledge of promotional planning, pricing, trade spend planning, volume forecasting, S OP, accruals and claims and activity evaluation
- Experience with TPM systems, ERP systems and SaaS systems
