Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
- Act as application expert for the partner team, consultation for system design, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise, across all function domains
- Support internal ticket follow-through
- Support the implementation partner in collecting and validating requirements for customer development requests
- Support testing of new features related to projects
To be successful you will likely have:
- Good understanding of E2E Sales Planning processes, such as Trade Promotion Management, Demand Planning, Revenue Forecasting, Trade Spend Management and Claims Settlements
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Sales Planning systems, preferably in TPM or Revenue Forecasting
- Eye for details and solution orientated
