Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial SAAS business and is looking to hire their first Sales Director. The role will lead, manage and mentor a sales team of 5 who are already performing well and seek to improve process, selling styles and exploit talent.
The role requires a proven sales manager from either software, SAAS or technology services background, with the energy and skills to make a difference. They are seeking someone who combines integrity with sales savvy, great human skills, a level of humility and a desire to help a business grow.
This could be an ideal role for a sales manager looking to step up or a sales director/head of sales who wants greater autonomy. The team is based in Birmingham and 3 days per week in the office is expected.
