A sales operations manager role that will see that the company's sales agreements are correct, commissions are calculated accurately, and commercial performance data is trustworthy.
In the role you will be responsible for:
- Contract and agreement management utilising basic legal admin; you will draft, review and quality check standard sales agreements, renewals and order forms.
- Ensure all agreements follow approved templates, pricing and commercial rules.
- Commission tracking and reporting by owning monthly and quarterly commission calculations for sales teams.
- Produce clear commission statements and ensure alignment with compensation plans, flagging anomalies, risks or gaming behaviour immediately.
- Commercial performance reporting including building and maintaining dashboards for sales, marketing and BDR performance.
- Producing weekly and monthly commercial performance packs for leadership.
- Revenue operations support including supporting pricing approvals, deal desk queries and discount validation.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in RevOps, sales operations, commercial admin or legal admin.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of SaaS commercial structure (ARR, renewals, expansions and discounts).
- Comfort with contract language, standard clauses and commercial terms.
- Competent in HubSpot CRM (or similar).
- Highly numerate, able to calculate commissions with precision.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with sales, CSM, marketing and finance.
