Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented

Senior Strata Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a strata portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, organising and running strata meetings, and ensuring compliance with strata legislation.

The Senior Strata Manager will work closely with the committee, property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties.

About The Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
  • Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Working as part of the strata services team.

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strata management.
  • Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation (i. e. fire, WHS, QBCC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
