About the Role
We are seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced female live-in carer to support a lady living with dementia in her own home in Meriden. This is a long-term position for someone who is compassionate, patient, and confident in providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily personal care in a respectful and supportive manner
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting daily living activities while encouraging independence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding calmly and confidently to needs

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting clients with Dementia and challenging behaviour
- Care certificates and relevant training
- Dementia certificate
- Manual handling with Up-to-date Moving & Handling certificate
- Excellent understanding of person-centred care
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
