The Role
We are seeking an experienced Female Learning and Disabilities Support Worker to provide care and support to clients with complex needs, including:
- Low-functioning learning disabilities
- Personal Care
- Cerebral palsy
- Autism
- Non-Verbal
You will deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care in clients’ own homes, supporting daily living activities, mobility, and independence.
Essential Requirements
- Care Certificate (including Moving & Handling)
- Experience using ceiling hoists
- Previous experience supporting individuals with cerebral palsy and/or autism
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance
- A reliable, respectful, and compassionate approach to care
- Minimum 12-month complex care experience
