In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, mentoring top-tier account executives across multiple segments, and optimizing our data-driven sales processes.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong technical aptitude for data, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Enterprise, SME, and AI Account Executives.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and live deal-shadowing.
Own and exceed the regional quarterly and annual ARR targets.
Drive new business acquisition while ensuring high retention and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
Partner closely with Sales Operations to adopt data-driven sales methodologies and processes, and with Business Development
