About the Role
Bright Consulting Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX and Multimedia Designer with strong Salesforce platform expertise. This role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiences, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce-based applications and interfaces. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive user journeys, visual design systems, and multimedia assets, while working closely with technical teams to deliver solutions across Salesforce platforms, including Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative excellence and strong technical understanding of Salesforce, ensuring seamless alignment between design and platform implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible, and high-quality UI/UX experiences for enterprise applications, particularly within Salesforce environments
- Develop and maintain design systems, user journeys, and interaction models
- Create multimedia and visual assets, including branding materials, dashboards, and client-facing presentations
- Design and optimise user interfaces within Salesforce platforms (for example, Experience Cloud and Lightning UI)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure effective implementation using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Contribute to the design of data-driven user experiences leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud
- Support the integration of AI-driven features into user interfaces where applicable
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging and scalable design solutions
- Ensure consistency in usability, accessibility, branding, and performance across all deliverables
What We are Looking For
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Multimedia Designer
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms is essential, including Experience Cloud and Lightning UI
- Understanding of Salesforce development concepts such as LWC, APIs, and integrations
- Experience working on enterprise or CRM-based platforms
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities
- Familiarity with API-led architectures and integrated systems
- Experience in consultancy or client-facing roles
