We are currently seeking an EMEA Sales Director, which will include some APJ coverage. The EMEA Sales Director’s key responsibilities will be driving new business, directly engaging accounts, and optimizing Bright’s extensive partner and OEM networks. The ideal EMEA Sales Director candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of revenue obtainment and customer acquisition targets. The Sales Director needs to be able to think outside the box, orchestrate resources and identify new areas of opportunity to evolve and grow.
Key attributes of this role are an overachieving sales mindset, able to sell based on value, ability to secure meetings with target prospects, territory management, partner management and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the sales team (Sales, SEs, Inside Sales, Partner Sales, Ops)
- Communicating Bright’s value effectively to customers, prospects and partners
- Prospecting, identifying and closing new sales opportunities and maintaining accurate pipeline
- Maintaining and growing fruitful relationships with partner and existing customers
- Day-to-day lead-gen duties typically include:
- Researching alliance organization(s) and key individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting key partners to establish rapport and coordinate customer meetings
- Identifying new prospect targets for outreach
- Preparing & delivering PowerPoint presentations to customers, target prospects and partners
- Sales prospecting
- Territory management
- Maintaining, growing and accurately forecast business
- Using CRM to record opportunities, quotes and proposals
- Participating F2F and Zoom meetings
- Organizing technical resources and responses for sales proposals
- Negotiation skills
- Working closely with partners
