Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling written content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Media Relations: Support the team in managing relationships with media outlets, drafting press materials, and coordinating press events.
- Social Media Management: Help develop and schedule content for the company’s social media channels, tracking engagement and ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice.
- Brand Messaging: Contribute to maintaining consistent messaging across all communication platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives.
- Internal Communications: Assist in crafting internal communication materials to keep employees informed, motivated, and aligned with company goals.

What We\’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Some experience in communications, PR, or social media management (internships or volunteer work are also valuable).
- Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content for various platforms.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring all communications are accurate, well-crafted, and aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Creativity & Innovation: A passion for developing creative communication strategies that grab attention and engage audiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic tools for design (like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
