We are currently recruiting a Raw Materials Administrator who will be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels for materials & packaging stocks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous MRP experience preferable.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Demonstrates team working, enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities
- Work with the team to maintain stocks on site to ensure no stoppages.
- Provide cover within the team.
- Check the status of all deliveries and resolve any queries, working with procurement where necessary.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure capacity is available for incoming deliveries and inbound deliveries are managed accordingly.
- Work with procurement highlighting any issues.
- Update various spreadsheets as and when needed.
- Build relationship with the warehouse team.
- Monitor all delists to reduce liability.
- Work alongside the stock control team.
- Review launch schedule and highlight new materials.
- Work with our various suppliers, look to build a good relationship with them.
- Provide cover for uploading forecast.
