We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager who will be responsible for developing and growing our business within the food service sector at BBF. This role will focus on developing our existing foodservice business and identifying and securing new opportunities with customers across the food service industry whilst driving sustainable commercial growth. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, commercially driven, and confident in developing relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new opportunities within the food service sector.
- Drive sales growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to secure profitable business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the food service industry.
- Use existing customer contacts to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
- Represent BBF professionally within the sector and build strong customer partnerships.
- Deliver against agreed sales and margin targets.
- Develop customer plans that support long-term growth within the food services channel.
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with internal teams including NPD, operations, and supply chain to ensure successful delivery for customers.
- Support the development of products suited to the food services market.
