At Bright Beginnings we provide high quality childcare for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our setting is set within its own grounds with a private gated entrance, providing parking and two large gardens. We are based across four rooms as well as our very own sensory and dining room.

Due to ever increasing numbers we are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 or above qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our ambitious team. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 12 months Early Years experience, be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both the Early Years Foundation Stage and key worker practices, including planning, observation and assessment procedures.

Your role:

  • Supporting and extending children's learning, development and educational outcomes
  • Organising and overseeing the planning, implementation and provision of activities
  • Carrying out observations and evaluations
  • Planning and providing next steps to support children's development

What you will need:

  • A full and relevant Nursery Practitioners / Early Years Educator qualification
  • An understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • An understanding of health and safety requirements
