Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 – £15.50 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Expected Hours: 33 – 44 hours per week

We Are Hiring:
We’re looking for a Registered Childminder or someone willing to become Ofsted-registered, to take on a leadership role managing our small team of childminding assistants and caring for babies and young children.

Requirements:
Level 3 or higher in a childcare-related qualification (Essential)
Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete training)
Experience in a childcare setting or managing childminding assistants
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, including:
• Areas of learning
• Observations
• Planning
• Assessments
Familiarity with the Famly app (or willingness to learn):
• Used to log nappies, meals, sleep, and post end-of-day summaries with photos
Food Hygiene Level 2+ (Ideal, but not essential)
Fire Marshal Training (Ideal, but not essential)

Your Role:
As our Main Childminder and Manager, you will:
Lead and support a small team of three childminding assistants
Ensure a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment
Collaborate on daily planning, observations, and development tracking
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Monitor children’s individual progress and support next steps
