Bright & Beautiful Grantham is looking for a friendly, reliable person with their own car to join our professional home cleaning team.

This is a fully employed position - NOT self-employed.

You need to be a driver with access to your own car

You'll have regular weekday work, paid holiday, paid travel time between clients, mileage when you drive for work, full training and the support of an established team.

And you won't spend your day cleaning on your own - we work in teams of two or three.

30p per mile when using your own car for work

You'll work as part of a two or three-person team, travelling to our regular clients' homes in and around the Grantham and Newark areas.

Together, you'll clean each home to the high standard our clients expect - including kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and all the little finishing touches that make a home feel beautifully clean.

Then it's on to the next client with your team.

This is a fast-paced, physically active job. You'll be on your feet for much of the working day, bending, reaching, vacuuming and moving from task to task, so it's important that you genuinely enjoy keeping active and working at a good pace.

If you like a job where the time passes quickly and you can actually see what you've achieved at the end of it, you may love it.

Never worked as a cleaner before? That's absolutely fine.

We're much more interested in the person than your cleaning CV.

We can teach you our cleaning methods and give you full training.

One important requirement - you need to be a driver

Our teams travel between clients during the working day, so you'll need:

A full UK driving licence

Your own reliable car

To be happy to use your car for work when required

To be able to obtain business-use insurance

You’ll receive 30p per mile when using your own vehicle for work.

We're an established local business looking after the homes of regular clients across the Grantham and Newark areas.

For us, cleaning is a team job.

You'll have colleagues working alongside you, training and support when you start, and regular clients who genuinely appreciate the difference you make to their homes.
