The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is fixed-term with a proposed end date of December 2026, although there is potential for this to be extended. We see this as being full time but we are happy to consider part time or flexible working. Ideally, we would like this role to be based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis, to allow for regular interaction with the teams responsible for Product Management, Customer delivery and operations, Finance, Business Development and Sales and Marketing.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment processes and related People operations as we approach our next exciting period of growth to help deliver our plans.

As a key member of our team, this role involves managing documentation, scheduling, data entry, candidate communication, and general administration. As a member of the People & Workplace team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your key responsibilities would be:

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Support the TA Manager with proactive talent pipeline building (e.g., managing talent pools, organising recruitment events, arranging networking sessions).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation relating to recruitment activity and metrics.
  • Maintain a well organised digital filing system for recruitment documentation.
  • Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Previous recruitment administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment is required, along with proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), experience supporting recruitment, HR, or people‑related functions, familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software, and an interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
