Bright A Blind FM is an established commercial blinds and maintenance provider working with Facilities Management companies, corporate offices, schools, universities, hospitals, and multi-site organisations across London and the South East. We are now hiring a B2B-only Outbound Lead Generator to generate survey appointments, qualify buildings for maintenance and service needs, and manage our commercial CRM database. This is a professional, structured, B2B inside sales role — supporting real FM needs inside occupied workplaces.
The Role - B2B Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Make 50-70 outbound B2B calls per day
- Speak with Facilities Managers, Estates Teams, Office Managers and FM providers
- Identify buildings with 100+ blinds suitable for maintenance, service plans, cleaning or replacement
- Book survey appointments for our field surveyors
- Update and clean our CRM database
- Warm up dormant or historical accounts
- Qualify opportunities accurately and professionally
- Use knowledge of London & the South East to schedule appointments efficiently
Working With Occupied Workplaces
- Blinds requiring maintenance or repair
- Ultrasonic cleaning and restoration
- Automated shading systems needing support
- Replacement programmes
- Annual FM service plan opportunities

Essential B2B Experience (Mandatory)
